When you first use our Help Desk you will need to sign-up for a new account. If you ever forget your Help Desk password, you request to have a new password sent to you.
During our support hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time), we will make every effort to respond to your support ticket within a few hours if not sooner.

We are available through our online Help Desk or by phone Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time.
Our cloud hosting clusters and network are constantly being monitored to ensure that they are running properly. If a cluster is degraded or there are network issues at the data center, we are paged immediately and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and Friday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day.

We are not operating a large call center, so if you do not reach us on the first try, please leave a message. We make every attempt to return calls within a few hours during our normal support hours. We do not check voicemail after hours or on the weekend. If you leave a voicemail, we will call you the following business day.
