We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and Friday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day.
Our hosting infrastructure and email servers are constantly being monitored by Liquid Web and Rackspace to ensure that they are running properly. If a system is degraded or there are network issues at a data center, they are most likely working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
