When you first use our Help Desk you will need to sign up for a new account. If you ever forget your Help Desk password, you request to have a new password sent to you.
During our support hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time), we will make every effort to respond to your support ticket within a few hours if not sooner.

We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Hosting Status Updates
Our hosting infrastructure and email servers are constantly being monitored by our upstream providers to ensure that they are running properly. If you are having an issue your site, please check the Pressable Status Blog for Managed WordPress, Liquid Web Cloud Sites Status for Cloud Sites and Rackspace System Status for Email. If a system is degraded or there are network issues at a data center, they are most likely working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
