Our hosting infrastructure and email servers are constantly being monitored by Pressable (Managed WordPress), Liquid Web (Cloud Sites) and Rackspace (Email) to ensure that they are running properly. If a system is degraded or there are network issues at a data center, they are most likely working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
