When you first use our Help Desk you will need to sign-up for a new account. If you ever forget your Help Desk password, you request to have a new password sent to you.

During our support hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time), we will make every effort to respond to your support ticket within a few hours if not sooner.

Our cloud hosting clusters and network are constantly being monitored by Rackspace to ensure that they are running properly. If a cluster is degraded or there are network issues at the data center, they are most likely working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.

We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and Friday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day.

Phone Based Contact

Limited phone support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific Time).

We are not operating a large call center, so if you do not reach us on the first try, please leave a message. We make every attempt to return calls within a few hours during our normal support hours.

We do not check voicemail after hours or on the weekend. If you leave a voicemail, we will call you the following business day.
